Graduate of Bauman Moscow State Technical University, Doctor of Technical Sciences, specialist in continuum mechanics and mathematical modeling.
His professional career includes many years of experience in managing educational projects, working in the military-industrial complex, and managing academic activities at one of Russia’s leading technical universities.
After graduating from the university, he entered graduate school and worked as a lecturer at the Department of Applied Mechanics at the Bauman Moscow State Technical University. Since 1995, he has served as director of the Physics and Mathematics Lyceum No. 1580 at the Bauman Moscow State Technical University. Since 1998, he has simultaneously led the University’s Specialized Educational and Scientific Center, and trained future students at the Moscow State Technical University. While working as the director of the lyceum, he was elected three times as a municipal deputy in the Nagorny district of Moscow.
In 2005, he joined the Federal Defense Order Service (Rosoboronzakaz - Head of the department, and then Deputy Head of the Department for Control of Organizations of the Military-Industrial complex).
In 2010, he moved to the position of Vice-rector for Academic Affairs at the Bauman Moscow State Technical University.
Since 2012, he has been the first Vice—Rector — Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs.
