Co-founder and CEO of Big Three LLC, PhD in Engineering, and recipient of the Russian Federation Government Prize. During his postgraduate studies, he was awarded a grant from the President of the Russian Federation for research in priority areas of science and technology (energy efficiency). He also received scholarships from the President and Government of the Russian Federation. He is the author of 50 Russian patents, 100 articles, and six methodological manuals. He is the winner of the EY «Entrepreneur of the Year» competition for 2021 in the IT category and the winner of the Moscow Government’s «Digital Entrepreneur» competition for 2022.

From 2012 to 2014, he participated in the development of the unique «Smart City» laboratory at the National Research University Moscow State University of Civil Engineering. The laboratory has received international recognition. Guests of the laboratory have included the President of the Russian Federation, members of the Russian Government, the Mayor of Moscow, and representatives of the UN.

He is a member of expert councils and working groups of such organizations as the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation, the Federal Service for Supervision of Natural Resources, and the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation.
