Currently, I lead a product team at Avito, which helps users overcome barriers to purchase and make their choice on Avito interesting and effective. Our flagman products are social commerce, short videos, motivation program and general user experience on item cards.

For the first half of my career, I worked in sales. I started in a retail store and then moved to Beeline. During my six years there, I learned cold sales, negotiating with partners, and overcame my introverted nature.
My journey into IT began at Yandex.Taxi (now Yandex.Go). After joining the company, my area was to sell software to the largest taxi fleets. However, I quickly realized that I wanted to be among those who make the product. As a result, I made my way from sales manager to project manager to product manager.

After that, I had a great experience with the Yandex.Eats team, where I was responsible for the offline buyer experience. This included tips for waiters, takeaway orders, and cashless payments. Not everything worked out right away, but this experience of successes and failures greatly influenced me as a product manager.
