Anna Mikhailovna Meshcheryakova
Impact entrepreneur, the co-founder and CEO of the «Third Opinion Platform» company. She is the Chair of the Healthcare Informatization Committee at ARPP «Otechestvenny Soft» (Domestic Software). She is Co-Chair of the Industry Club «AI in Healthcare» at the «Alliance in the Field of Artificial Intelligence» Association. She is a member of the board of trustees of the ORBI Stroke Foundation.
She has been in business since age 17, progressing from sales manager to leading successful startups in FoodTech and HealthTech. As an impact entrepreneur, Anna focuses on creating products that bring systemic positive change for many people. Her main focus is developing and implementing AI services for healthcare «Third Opinion AI». The company «Third Opinion Platform» is a resident of «Skolkovo».
Products include digital assistants for doctors: automatically interpreting diagnostic images, analyzing events in wards and corridors, and monitoring patient care quality.
Since launch, the project has received high praise from the medical community and was awarded the XXII National «RUNET Prize» 2025. It is a two-time winner of «PROF-IT,» finalist of Sber500Startups accelerator, Skolkovo resident, finalist of «Digital Breakthrough.»
