Biography

I have been working in B2B sales since 2000, running my own business since 2005, and building a technology startup since 2020. Today, we help private healthcare clinics increase revenue by automating communication standards between staff and patients.

My core expertise includes business process modeling, sales automation and growth, and customer relationship development.

Business interests:

  • Scaling Selvery sales across Russian and global markets
  • Expanding the Selvery integrator partner network in Russia
  • SalesTech and content personalization automation

I am always open to sharing my experience. I have authored three books: the first on trust-based marketing, the second on business process automation, and the third on personal effectiveness for executives.

I have delivered lectures at HSE University, RANEPA, and Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO. I regularly speak at conferences, contribute to Forbes, and have been a TEDx speaker twice.

Personally, I am passionate about healthy living and running: I am building a collection of 100 places where I have run at least 10 kilometers. I am also a sunrise hunter, having taken more than 500 sunrise photographs. As a collector of emotions, every week I create an experience I would want to remember for the rest of my life.
