Andrey Lysenko is a Russian entrepreneur, founder and CEO of the IT company Visionero, and a serial entrepreneur with international experience in technology business management. For more than 15 years, he has been developing technology startups — from concept and product creation to commercialization and scaling.

His professional focus includes MedTech, EdTech, and digital transformation. He is a co-author of four patented IT solutions included in the Russian software registry, as well as the creator of projects for the cultural and educational sectors, including Holoroom multimedia interactive spaces and the ViSpace interactive presentation platform.

Under his leadership, Visionero became a resident of the Skolkovo Innovation Center and the Moscow Innovation Cluster. The company’s hardware and software complex “Visionero,” officially registered by Roszdravnadzor, has been implemented in more than 70 medical and social institutions across 40+ cities in Russia.

In addition, he contributed to the launch of more than 20 Schools of Creative Industries as part of the national “Culture” project and participated in the development of industry equipment standards.

His expertise includes launching innovative products, scaling technology businesses, digital healthcare, artificial intelligence, and cooperation between IT companies and the public sector.
