educational platform Moscow Digital School. Has professional experience in the field of law for more than 20 years. Specializes in civil, corporate law, antitrust legislation, legal support of high-tech projects, data regulation, bankruptcy. Also has experience in international private law.
from 2003 to 2015, he held various positions, including management positions, in the legal divisions of Gazprom structures.
Since 2014, he has been developing the legal company EBR (EBR Legal Company), which specializes in providing legal support for high-tech businesses in the fields of telecommunications, software development, video games (GameDev), e-commerce, finance, and other areas, including public sector relations. In 2017, EBR launched a training course for BCL lawyers in collaboration with the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics.
In 2019, he founded the Moscow Digital School (MDS), an educational platform in the fields of law, finance, and analytics.
He is the Chairman of the Commission for Legal Support of the Digital Economy at the Moscow Branch of the Association of Lawyers of Russia. He has participated in the development of legislative initiatives aimed at creating a comfortable legal framework for the digital environment in Russia. Since 2021, he has been a member of the Supervisory Board of the Center for Competencies in Import Substitution in the ICT Sector.
