At the Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology, I established and continue to lead a commercial division focused on designing and delivering educational products for business. Together with my team, we build strategic partnerships between the university and industry, helping companies analyze and address workforce challenges and develop professional communities. We are known for finding unconventional solutions to complex talent development tasks.

I’ve co-created and launched educational programs for the winners of the national “Leaders of Energy” competition, engineers at EVRAZ, R&D and innovation teams at SIBUR, senior executives at VEB.RF, and many others.

I facilitate strategic sessions on business diversification, idea generation, product development, and building effective partnerships in science and technology.

I serve as an expert and moderator at major forums, including INNOPROM, BRICS Urban Future Forum, Moscow International Education Fair, HSE University, Startup Village, Mining Club, and Mining World Russia. I also act as a jury expert for Skolkovo Startup Tour and SKOLKOVO Start.
