Alexey Smetanin is the founder of PresentSimple, an AI platform for automated presentation generation. The service is already used by more than 750,000 people, with Sbermarketing among its corporate clients.
Before launching PresentSimple, I spent 8 years in custom design — running a studio that delivered over 300 projects, ranging from presentations for large businesses to branding and communication materials. That experience became the foundation of the product: I understand from the inside how designers actually work, which tasks consume the most time, and where AI can genuinely augment a human rather than replace them.
Today I work at the intersection of artificial intelligence and design, exploring how technology is reshaping the way visual content is created and helping companies produce high-quality presentations faster and at lower cost. In parallel, I’m building the international track — setting up the structure to enter CIS and global markets. I believe the coming years will define which AI tools become the new standard in communications, and I want PresentSimple to be among them.
