In IT since the early 1990s, he began with the system integration of specialised solutions, but by the early 2000s he was a senior manager in major commercial and state-owned companies; he served as an adviser to the Minister of Communications and Mass Media, and later to the Minister of the Moscow City Government.
Over 20+ years in the industry, he introduced IT outsourcing in Russia, e-government and the Unified Identification and Authentication System, the Unified State Healthcare Information System, and implemented a systemic project for the 2018 FIFA World Cup, a digital platform for interaction between businesses and state regulators, and much more.
Since 2022, I have been combining the seemingly incompatible – high technology and housing and utilities – and, together with my team, am working on the introduction of ‘Pixel’ smart all-weather utility robots into urban services.
