In 1998-1999, he served in the military hospital of the Strategic Missile Forces, where he participated in the development of medical software for military needs.
From 1999 to 2007, he worked at the Kondopoga Medical Center and was the creator of the Kondopoga medical information system.
From 2007 to 2018, he worked at K-MIS, which became one of the leading medical software developers in Russia.
In 2018, together with partner Roman Novitsky, he founded the Webiomed project.
From 2019 to 2021, at the invitation of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, he was the program director of the course on digital transformation of healthcare at the Higher School of Public Administration (HSE) of the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.
From December 2019 to December 2024, he was an external expert of the “Scientific and Practical Clinical Center for Diagnostics and Telemedicine Technologies of the Moscow City Health Department”.
Since April 2021, he has been an expert on artificial intelligence at the “Central Research Institute for Organization and Informatization of Healthcare” of the Russian Ministry of Health.
Author of the K-Sky blog, where he publishes various notes on the topic of informatization of medicine and healthcare in Russia, artificial intelligence and decision support systems.
Co-author of a series of national standards in the field of artificial intelligence systems for healthcare.
