Adele Khalilulina – Deputy General Director of the Moscow Traffic Control Center (MTCC) and has 16 years background in international consulting (Big Four companies: Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young) and 10 years in product manufacturing.
In 2017, Adele won her 14th graduating class at the SKOLKOVO Startup Academy.
In 2021, Adele joined the MTCC as the head of the Analytics Department. Within three years, she was promoted to Deputy General Director and now is responsible for business analytics, strategic development, the project office, internal communications and HR policy.
