In 2024, Sovcombank allocated RUB 2 billion to social investments, providing assistance to 611 organizations and 193,000 clients. The social report includes funds for charity, the development of social projects, and services provided at market prices.
Sovcombank’s Social Projects:
Tekhnologii Dobra: A federal charitable project launched in partnership with Sk Fintech Hub, aimed at infrastructure support and digital development for nonprofit organizations (NPOs) and charitable foundations in Russia. The project provides systematic assistance to NPOs in digitalizing their operations and organizational development to enhance the sector’s sustainability. Participants gain access to 39 digital products and solutions (free or at a significant discount). Over 1,000 NPOs have applied to join. In 2024, the first «Tekhnologii Dobra» conference was held, bringing together more than 3,000 participants from NPOs, businesses, and the public sector.
The second «Tekhnologii Dobra» forum will take place on November 19, 2025, in Moscow (online participation is also available). The forum will gather over 70 experts from IT companies, NPOs, infrastructure platforms, and relevant ministries. Participants will discuss the implementation of digital solutions in NPO operations, available tools and services, funding for tech projects, and cross-sector collaboration.

Sovcombank pro dobro: A charitable platform launched in 2023. Through it, the bank amplifies the impact of good deeds by both clients and non-clients, multiplying donations with its own funds. The project’s unique feature is the dobrobally system (1 dobroball = 1 ruble), which increases the donation amount. The platform offers one-time and recurring donations, as well as monthly voting to allocate additional support from the bank. All funds undergo verification, and donations are transferred directly, with no fees. From November 2023 to May 2025, the platform facilitated a total of RUB 165 million in aid, closed 280 fundraisers, and processed 115,000 donations.
