Representatives from more than 20 countries will visit Russia to participate in Startup Village 2026

Participation is free. Registration and details are available at https://startupvillage.ru/events with foreign participants, and over 300 meetings with partners from participating countries. The main goal of the international track is to create practical routes for Russian companies to enter foreign markets.

China, the UAE, and Vietnam have been selected as business partners for Startup Village 2026. China will focus on AI education, the UAE on medical technologies, and Vietnam on smart city development.

The center of international cooperation at Startup Village 2026 will be the Pulsar zone, a business platform for direct interaction with foreign delegations and startups. On the opening day of the tech festival, May 28, foreign speakers will participate in the session «Pulsar of Global Demand. What Technologies Do Foreign Customers Choose?» and on May 29, in the session «Pulsar of Skolkovo. Technologies of International Accelerators for the Russian Market.»

The site will also host an international technology competition in the Smart City area. The competition is being held in partnership with TASCO, the largest IT holding company in Vietnam. The winners, who are residents of Skolkovo, will receive a reward for the best solution to a production task in the field of artificial intelligence and business process automation, a trip to Vietnam for three teams at the partner’s expense for a build-week, and the opportunity to launch pilot projects with TASCO.

In the Expo area, visitors to the tech festival will see booths from Uzbekistan, China, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia, where startups from these countries will present their latest solutions.

Startup Village is the flagship tech festival of Skolkovo, which has been bringing together startups, corporations, investors, scientists, and government representatives since 2013. The event is organized by the Skolkovo Foundation, with co-organizers including the Government of Moscow and VEB.RF. In 2026, the event will be held as part of the Moscow Entrepreneurship Week.

Participation is free. Registration and details are available at https://startupvillage.ru/.
