«Skolkovo’s acceleration programs have already proven their effectiveness: in 2025 alone, nine accelerators were held, over 2,600 applications were registered, 132 participating projects have already moved on to the implementation stage, and 36 winners received support in the form of mini-grants worth 365.9 million rubles. «Pulsar» is not a rejection of the accelerator, but rather its evolution. Now, two additional layers have been added to this mechanism: industry demand analytics and co-financing. This model allows us to do things that don’t exist in the Russian market, such as launching the first Russian-Chinese industry programs, where we directly connect the demand of one economy with the supply of another,» said Alexey Parshikov, Deputy Chairman of the Board for Partnerships at the Skolkovo Foundation (VEB.RF Group).
Startup Village 2026 will feature separate pitch sessions for each Pulsar area. Skolkovo will also present the results of the programs that served as the foundation for the new model. Over the course of two days, the forum will host more than 50 business meetings between partner corporations and technology companies.
Startup Village is the flagship technology festival of Skolkovo, which has been bringing together startups, corporations, investors, scientists, and government representatives since 2013. The event is organized by the Skolkovo Foundation, with co-organizers including the Moscow Government and VEB.RF. In 2026, the event will be held as part of the Moscow Entrepreneurship Week.
Participation is free. Registration and details are available at https://startupvillage.ru/.
