Pulsar Zone: Where Global Innovation Ecosystems Connect

A meeting point for innovation ecosystems, corporations, accelerators, and startups from Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America.

On May 28–29, Pulsar zone will host expert dialogues and sessions featuring representatives from Vietnam, Saudi Arabia, China, the UAE, Brazil, and beyond. The focus is on global demand for Russian technologies, scaling strategies, smart cities, AI, digital infrastructure, and entering international markets. Participants will share real-world experience launching cross-border pilots and forging global partnerships.

Key highlight — on May 28 at 1:30 PM, the Skolkovo Foundation and Vietnam National Innovation Center (NIC) will sign a strategic agreement on technology exchange, soft landing programs, and pilot support.

The event will also feature the finals of the Smart City tech challenge, run by Skolkovo together with Vietnamese IT giant TASCO. Teams will present solutions in transport, navigation, digital twins, and HD mapping. Winners will receive cash prizes, an invitation to Build Week in Vietnam, and the chance to launch a pilot with TASCO.
