Biography

I am Anna Simakova, CEO and Managing Partner of the “Three Sisters” early rehabilitation clinic, one of Russia’s leading centers for complex neurological and post-trauma recovery. I hold a degree in economics and began my career in the industrial sector in Kuzbass, becoming a financial director at 23. I later worked at Severstal, gaining experience in corporate governance, strategy, and large-scale operations.

Since 2009, I have led the “Three Sisters” clinic, helping transform it from a startup into a medical center operating by international standards. Under my leadership, the clinic has become a benchmark for a human-centered approach, with multidisciplinary teams, evidence-based practice, and strong communication with patients and families.

My work lies at the intersection of healthcare management, organizational development, and cultural transformation. I promote rehabilitation as a key stage of treatment and contribute to a new understanding of quality of life after severe illness or injury. My background in film directing shapes my leadership style, combining structure, creativity, and a focus on human experience.
